THis Week’s Video is the 2nd & 3rd parts of last week’s Video…where i continue talking about “weighing yourself on the scale” as well as “body fat %”. Each is about 4 minutes. So if you don’t have time to watch it all at once, just split it in half, and save the other half for later… :)
