Food for thought. Pun intended. Eating the same exact thing every day may be a major cause in developing food allergies and intolerances to certain foods. A wise choice would be “variety”. Try rotating the foods you eat every few days. Rotate a different protein source, veggies, fruits, teas, even protein powders. Variety is good for many things in this so called life. At the very least, it helps with boredom :)

I’ve had the website for a few years now but i wouldn’t consider myself much of a blogger. With all the various social media avenues out there today, i often write small “food for though” ideas that i can easily post on my website, Facebook, etc. I know how busy i am and i assume that most people are in similar situations. I think keeping ideas short & sweet is a great idea. The average attention span of most readers is about a second these days… 🙂
Wow, fantastic blog layout! How long have you been blogging for?
you make blogging look easy. The overall look of your web site is wonderful,
as well as the content!
