Negativity in our personal lives will eventually eat up our “health” like the cookie monster eatin’ up some cookies. Being positive helps everything. Health before fitness…every time.

    Try giving them many vegetable options with lots of colors while NOT giving them many other non-vegetable options. But also understand that some people are just not going to ever like many vegetables because of their genetic makeup…like my future wife! lol But seriously i saw a NOVA special on it. It’s true some of us are born NOT to like the taste of vegetables, or most of them anyway. Luckily there are many choices. Experiment!
