New Weekly Tipz! This week i demonstrate a single total-body exercise. I like this particular one because it has a lot of carry over to the real world. All you need is a medium weight dumbell. There are many great exercises out there. The most important thing to remember is that you choose the right one for your goal(s) and make sure to learn(and practice) correct form always.
