Carlton has been working as a trainer for more than a decade and has worked with hundreds of clients through the years. He has over 30 years of personal fitness experience, with over a decade of that working professionally. He has worked with everyone from children and the elderly…to collegiate athletes and the handicapped… to everyone in between. Carlton has worked with many clients suffering from various health-related illnesses, conditions and injuries.
Overall, Carlton is most interested in helping others reach their goals of becoming healthier and ultimately (and most importantly), happier.
“If you’re not truly happy on the inside, then being “healthy” is just a relative term to describe an incomplete condition. Being healthy should also mean being happy with yourself. Because what good does it do anyone to be healthy and miserable. Life is too short. Strive to be happy and healthiness will follow.” – Carlton
