Up to 3 people can enjoy personalized training as a group with attention on Fitness/Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching.

Pricing

*The cost per individual training session is $75. For 2 people, this rate increases to $85. For 3, the rate is $100) However, prices may vary depending on a variety of factors such as individual vs group rates, pre-purchased sessions or special considerations for lower-income/ financial difficulty situations. Traditionally, training sessions are sold in pre-paid packages (or groups of sessions). All training packages must be prepaid in full before any session is to be scheduled.   • FIRST-TIME CLIENTS – For any new prospective clients interested in training, the BSSB provides a onetime FREE 30 minute consultation evaluation. We will discuss any and all concerns relating to training programs and pricing. For more information please call (512) 569-7636.
  • Each individual training session is 50 minutes in total length, unless otherwise specified.
  • IMPORTANT – All clients (including new clients) are typically expected to train a minimum of 2 times a week. (2 times a week is a minimum for a reason. In my years of experience, anything less than 2 times a week typically results in poor outcomes and higher drop-out rates. However, there are exceptions.)

However. there are circumstances that _ session a week is either recommended and or accebrable.

*IMPoRTANT – The “Minimum” amount of sessions to be sold at any one time is 4 sessions (or a minimum of 2 sessions ver week for 2 weeks). Again all sessions must be pre-paid in full before any future sessions

*The BSSB does ALSO offer “Consultation Sessions” OR “Professional Consultation Services” for a varietv of fitness related areas including home exercise program designs (“at-home” general conditioning workouts. advise on buving home vm equipment and or even designing vour home ovm). Iniury Prevention, Nutrition and Motivational Pick-Me-Ups and Pep-Talks.

Devending on the situation. fees are turicallv based on an hourlv rate but mav varv devending on individual circumstances

*IMPORTANT – “24 Hour Cancellation Policy” (aka ” The Courtesy Call’). All Clients must call (or text) to

cancel an appointment WITHIN 24 hours of their next scheduled session. No exceptions. If any client for whatever reason (illness, family emergency, work, etc.) fails to notify the BSSB of a cancellation within 24 hours of their next scheduled session, the BSSB has the option and the right to take that session away from vou, without refund. In other words. vou would lose that particular session. Imagine how vou might feel if your trainer failed to show up for your appointment or they called 5 minutes before to cancel… We understand that emergencies come un from time to time. Just treat us like vou would want to be treated Remember, were all in this together

General Statement of Program Objectives and Procedures

I understand that Blue Sky Strongbox physical fitness programs will include various exercises to build & improve the many functions of the cardiorespiratory system (heart and lungs), the musculoskeletal system (muscle endurance, strength, and flexibility), and to improve body composition (decrease body fat in individuals needing to lose body fat & maintaining or increasing lean muscle in all healthy individuals).
Exercise may include many various aerobic activities (such as treadmill, walking, running, bicycle riding, rowing machine exercises, group aerobic activity, swimming and other aerobic activities), appropriate plyometric & callisthenic exercises, and various resistance training types to improve muscular strength/endurance /flexibility, bone density, tendon & ligament tensile strength, and various flexibility exercises to improve joint range of motion.

Informed Consent / Release of Liability / Assumption of Risk

I understand that by using any Blue Sky Strongbox equipment or facilities, being present anywhere at, on or near any Blue Sky Strongbox facility location, personal property of the owner of Blue Sky Stongbox or anywhere away from any Blue Sky Strongbox facility or personal property of the owner of Blue Sky Strongbox; or by participating in any aspects of any physical fitness program or nutritional advise suggested by Blue Sky Strongbox either at, on or
near any Blue Sky Strongbox facility location, personal property of the owner of Blue Sky Strongbox or anywhere away from any Blue Sky Strongbox facility location or personal property of the owner of Blue Sky Strongbox, unaccompanied or accompanied by anyone associated with Blue Sky Strongbox, involves serious risks of personal injury. Specific risks vary from one activity to another and the risks range from minor injuries to major injuries, such as catastrophic injuries including death.
