Why i never thought to reverse my Chinup/Dip bar is beyond me. By facing the back side to the front i can now do Dips, Pushups (with neutral wrist) on the lower padded handles. And although reversing the whole thing makes traditional Pullups and such harder to get to and perform, i will just have to perform them all with feet up (aka L-Sit). And that is what i should be doing anywho. It only took 5 years to figure this out :)
