New Weekly Tipz! This week i demonstrate a single total-body exercise. I like this particular one because it has a lot of carry over to the real world. All you need is a medium weight dumbell. There are many great exercises out there. The most important thing to remember is that you choose the right one for your goal(s) and make sure to learn(and practice) correct form always. New Weekly Health & Fitness Tipz! This is a broad reply to the many various health, nutrition and fitness questions that i receive on a regular basis. Keep things simple. Figure out where you are and where (exactly) you would like to go. Then find the most appropriate path to get there. Educate yourself. Be consistent with whatever it is you need to do. Focus on doing the big fundamentals well. P.S. There is a small little bonus clip at the end :)

New Weekly Tipz! Today i talk briefly (2 min) about exercising at home. If you’ve never done it, you should try it. If you have but it’s been a while, it’s a great time to start back up. I’ve trained at home since i was 12. You don’t need any equipment but you most certainly use whatever you have or floats your boat. Just know that you don’t “need” any equipment. Don’t think for a minute that you can’t do resistance training and/or “cardio” at home. You just need the know how. By all means, ask me questions if you have any. Just know that training at home is a great option for some. And you’ll never know if you never try.

New Weekly Health/Fitness Tipz! This week i want to remind all of you how important it is to be (relatively) flexible, in life and with our bodies, as well as maintain healthy joints. Even if we don’t exercise regularly, it’s still important to have some range of motion. Nothing can make us feel “old” quite like not being able to bend down, reach overhead or get up & down off the ground. Today i will show you a simple little routine i do to help with all this. It requires no equipment. It takes less than 5 minutes. You can do it anywhere. It might look like yoga to some, but i won’t say that it is. It’s just movement to me. Call it whatever you want. Just do it. Work slowly towards doing this every day, even if you do nothing else. Don’t let them gods of wither take your youthfulness away…

It’s a brand new year and i’m back with shorter Health & Fitness Video Tipz this year! Do me a favor, please help me spread the word. I am calling them “SHORT & SWEETS”. This week i talk briefly (2 minutes or less) about the issues with the “pick me up” snack or drink. It all comes down to the fundamentals. Do them well consistently and the rest will typically fall into place. Let’s take better care of ourselves this year. I will help the best i can :)

New Weekly Tipz! This week’s video is for all those out there that truly hate to exercise (which is probably 99% of most people)…but you also understand that you should probably do a “little” of something. How does ONE exercise a day sound? No, this is not a gimmick. This also isn’t to help you lose weight. One exercise a day won’t help much with that, sorry. This is to help you with the many other aspects of your general health. At the very least, do 1 upper-body “push”, 1 upper-body “pull” & 1 lower body/(leg or hip) exercise each week. Surely you have 5 minutes or less a day. (I did include 5 sample exercises for your convenience)
