New Weekly Tipz! Some food for thought…literally. This week i simply show you what a typical day at the grocery store(s) looks like for me, along with a few random tips along the way. Keep in mind that i mention “smoothies” a lot during the video. I don’t recommend them for most people needing to lose a lot of body fat unless you really know what you are doing. I use smoothies before and after workouts as well as with my busy schedule. But they can be dangerous because they have a lot of calories and often taste really good. So be careful. WE ARE ALL WHAT WE EAT AND DRINK! :)

haven’t been doing TGU’s with anything heavier than a 53 lb kettlebell lately, but it’s a good movement for me. I’ve trained the movement almost exclusively with lighter weights, but because I concentrate on maintaining a good connection to the ground in all stages and have good general strength/flexibility, I’m able to get a good conversion to heavier weights. – the guy in this video
