New Weekly Tipz! This week i talk a little about the “Cheat Day” (or maybe i use the term “Cheat Meal” instead) with regards to nutrition. There are good AND bad things about the concept. It all simply comes down to self-control. Some (few) people have it, most don’t. But lets be clear, cheating with food doesn’t get any of us any closer to our goals unless it is used to keep us from quitting all together. Thus, it should be used with extreme caution! lol

New Weekly Tipz! This week i talk a bit about the HANDS and the FEET. Together, every day, each are first to come in contact with the physical world in which we live in and are very much a part of. They should be taken care of accordingly. I try to offer some simple advice and perspective on such things. Feel free to watch or perhaps not… :)

New Weekly Tipz! Exercise doesn’t always have to be a chore. We just have to change things up from time to time to keep it interesting. One easy way to do this is to simply learn & practice a new exercise. But first we must make sure that we learn it from a RELIABLE source. After that, just start slow and “practice” for a while. No need to make it anything harder than necessary until you’ve MASTERED it first. At the end of this week’s video, i also added some footage of Mike Graham’s beautiful antique gym in Lockhart, Tx. Check it out, or perhaps not… :)
