New Weekly Tipz Video Posted… this week i talk briefly about why i prefer Free Weights(BodyWeight Exercises, Resistance Bands, etc) over Weight Machines at commercial gyms. It’s mostly a matter of preference and opinion. But then again, maybe not. I personally feel that most people get more out of exercises when they have to use their entire body to perform a movement, rather than isolating muscles, while sitting down on a machine.
