Unilateral Workouts have become a staple of my training philospphy, not only for myself but for all of my clients as well. In my opinion, few things are better for improving neuromuscular efficiency, improving core activation stability and control, as well as improving overall strength and power. It also burns a lot of calories. And lastly, with certain unilateral exercises, very strict “no rest” circuits can be applied making workouts super time efficient. all a plus in my world!
