New Weekly Tipz Video! I know it’s been a while. I’ve been busy & my computer has problems digesting edits! lol. But hey, that’s ok. TOday i am back with a quick diddy bout 2 big fundamentals of fat loss that most people don’t pay enough attention to. Drinking water or beverages with 0 calories. Eating smaller portions. And doing it 90% of the time. It won’t fix everything but it’s a great place to start!

New Weekly Video! This week i talk about a little nutrition concept that i call “Let the Body NEED Food”. This applies to all of us. Most folks eat first and then “hope” that they will burn off or use those calories later. Most don’t, so most of those calories go un-used and stored as body fat by the body. If we earn our food by moving first, i think there is a much better chance of success. Check it out or not. :)

New Weekly Tipz Video…this week i talk briefly about the influence we as adults have on children. This can be good or not so good. Kids need to see us adults eating healthy foods and movin our asses on a regular basis. They need to know why. Considering the current state of things, kids today don’t stand a chance unless they know better. Don’t expect them to learn it in school. We must lead by example.

ew Video! THis week i talk briefly on the importance of balance, particularly when it comes to exercise selection. For every “pushing” exercise we should also do a “pulling” exercise to work the opposing muscles. Most people “push” way too much…(ex: Bench Press, Pushups, Shoulder Press, Incline Press, Shoulder Raises, etc.) We need to also pull…(EX: Pullups or Chinups, Rowing, Deadlifts, Lat Pulldowns, etc)!
