New Weekly Tipz! This week is a great time to access where we are, which is roughly 15 weeks till the end of the year, less than that till the “holidays”. Time doesn’t care if we’ve been busy. We need to know where we are exactly at this moment. Because where we are NOW has everything to do with where we are heading in the future. I’m talking about goals, dreams, the things we want from life. I say this often, and only with the best intentions: wherever we are at this present moment was made possible by our past and current lifestyle, environments and behaviors. If we want something different for ourselves in the future, we will mostly likely need to make some serious changes to the the way we think and the things we do (and don’t do). Make no mistake, this is the only way that i know conscience progress and change happens. Start slow. Build strong. (P.S i have no idea why the video is so dark. sorry. just roll with it.)
