haven’t been doing TGU’s with anything heavier than a 53 lb kettlebell lately, but it’s a good movement for me. I’ve trained the movement almost exclusively with lighter weights, but because I concentrate on maintaining a good connection to the ground in all stages and have good general strength/flexibility, I’m able to get a good conversion to heavier weights. – the guy in this video

Why i never thought to reverse my Chinup/Dip bar is beyond me. By facing the back side to the front i can now do Dips, Pushups (with neutral wrist) on the lower padded handles. And although reversing the whole thing makes traditional Pullups and such harder to get to and perform, i will just have to perform them all with feet up (aka L-Sit). And that is what i should be doing anywho. It only took 5 years to figure this out 🙂
