New Weekly Tipz! Exercise doesn’t always have to be a chore. We just have to change things up from time to time to keep it interesting. One easy way to do this is to simply learn & practice a new exercise. But first we must make sure that we learn it from a RELIABLE source. After that, just start slow and “practice” for a while. No need to make it anything harder than necessary until you’ve MASTERED it first. At the end of this week’s video, i also added some footage of Mike Graham’s beautiful antique gym in Lockhart, Tx. Check it out, or perhaps not… 🙂

May 31, 2012/by Carlton CullinsNew Weekly Tipz! I’ve said it before and i’ll say it many times over… it’s all about the balance. There’s never just “one thing” that holds any of us back from getting results. It’s usually a number of things out of balance. Go for it all. And in the end, strive to be happy AND healthy.
